Dr. Wolfram Müller

German and European Patent Attorney

Science and technology are the driving forces of our technological and social development. The protection of technical innovations requires technical and scientific knowledge, in order to be able to understand an invention and to describe it correctly, as well as legal knowledge, to be able to achieve a broad scope of protection in efficient procedures. As patent attorney I enjoy working at the interface between technology and law.

As German Patent Attorney, I am admitted to the German Patent and Trademark Office, to the German Federal Patent Court and in nullity proceedings before the German Federal Court of Justice. As a European Patent Attorney, I am admitted to the European Patent Office. I am further admitted to the European Union Intellectual Property Office to represent clients with respect to European Union trademarks and designs.
